I missed that.. I would never question his committment.. He was one of only a few who gave his all last season in a useless team and would play one armed if he had to without question.. It is his execution that is my worry.. Yesterday having heard he was injured then you cannot judge his performance harshly at all and basically it actually was a performance of great merit.. However I think for his salary (not his fault) he doesn't provide what he should in attack.. Simple as that.

yesterday carney was all at sea and did Anastacia do anything to help? Nope apart from kicking the ball into the air very high.

ON YA BRAITH 8/10 IMO.this game is where ANASTA found his real will to win again and he'll kick on 4 the rest of the season.

His 11 tackles and 4 misses and 7 runs for 42 metres better than Myles 19 runs for 149 metres and 30 tackles with just 2 missed and a couple offloads.. Easily pleased..

NATE was easily our best player yesterday,his guts and determination was unbelievable to say the least.
BRAITH was good, people are still forgetting he was one of our best players in 2009 before he badly broke his ankle.I saw something in him yesterday that the fire is back in the belly,that defensive effort after nates tackle was back, the aggressiveness in his game the will to win,it was there for everyone to see,his kicking game was back,he needed to have a game like that to get the blood boiling again-I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT THE NEXT FEW WEEKS WE WILL SEE HIM BACK TO HIS BEST.

Everyone expects so much from Braith, i do agree he has not been at his damaging best but he had a horrific injury last year. I still think he is going to get better as the year goes on and hopefully really peaks in the run into the finals. I feel like the injury has hurt his confidence to really take on the line. If he uses his body close to line he would be hard to stop.

The team as a whole was not perfect but its great to see them play with great determination to hold out the Tigers. The Dragon's game i feel gave them confidence in what they are cable of. I'm happy at where our side is at the moment.

Enough Anasta bashing - even if he made 50 tackles, scored a hatrick of tries, set up 5 more & kicked 10/10 blindfolded some of you would still bag him. Give the guy some credit (and no, i'm not related and i don't think he's actually value for money but...).

How come nobody gets frustrated by Other players?

I know for a fact that Carney and FPN were twice as frutrating than anyone else.
We didn't even come close to Playing direct today with Todd at 7.

Anasta, when compared to the rest of the team was one of our best today.
