I can't recall them really blowing any genuine chances. Perrett probably should have scored just knocking on that grubber. That was probably the only missed chance all day. Both teams defended extremely well. Remember we were also without our main attacking player all year with Carney looking lost playing his first game at halfback. I think the dropped ball in the game made it out to be worse than it was. But it was a tough game dominated by defensive. The next lowest score was the 56 - 0 loss the tigers had against the Roosters on 25/07/04
