The players who aren't reserve graders in our team have been performing as well as the nuffies that we bought.

It's the same clowns letting us down each week with their comedy of errors and weak defence. Attitude wise we have been great, however some of the players in our team are simply not cut out for first grade.

I am not doubting anything you have said, but you say the player has no idea who you support, if that is the case, why would he even bother to offer his opinion on the subject.......That alone makes no sense....

That Newcastle player has no appreciation as to how Smith managed to turn around that ailing club by removing the deadwood and some big name players which were having a destructive effect on the team.... It sounds like Smith missed at least one sacking.

Kudos to Smith for getting rid of Mason. With the likes of Pearce, Carney, Friend, Symonds, JWH, and probably Dugan, I reckon our future is looking great. Just need to replace Mini, SKD, Koupashitsus, and one or two immobile coconuts and we become contenders.

I'd like to see some ****ing patience, for starters. A football club isn't rebuilt in half a year.

If he's that good a coach he should be able to see it and get rid of it...he's had many years experience coaching in the NRL now...

The slack attitude shown by some of the players is a result of one 'Freddy Fittler', he was still one of the guys when he became coach.

Don't blame Smith for the players mistakes. Stupid passes, dropped balls, missed tackles and stupid attempts by forwards at chip kicks. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. The slack attitude shown by some of the players is a result of one 'Freddy Fittler', he was still one of the guys when he became coach.

The problem is that he is able to keep those donkeys in the stable. Unfortunately he continues to believe class 1 horses can aim up in Group 1 races.

When smith came to newcastle in 07 he cleaned out all the shite carnts and rebuilt them over the course of 2 years, we came seccond last in 07. 09 strolls around and they are premiership contenders. rebuilding a club takes a while, it wont hapen within 4 months like half of you expect. I would have smith back at newy in a heartbeat, stone is quickly unravveling the good work smith done, and sometimes 'footy footy footy' isnt so bad.

Thats a pretty rude response to a bloke who made some good points and has had some experience of Brian Smith at his club. Its pretty stupid "not to give a f---" what he did at Newcastle, because it might be a good pointer to what he's going to do here.
