I have never seen him put an outside man into space. Never seen him attempt to either.

He is a big bloke, with decent speed who can break tackles.

You'll need a lot more than that to be a consistant first grader.

How many attempts at beating bowser does Mario have to take though?

Don't answer this with your Shaun Kenny-Dumb glasses on either. If he was playing that game, he still wouldnt have it finished.

Make no mistake about it, Shaun is dumb. He's not the smartest of individuals out there.
haha wrong sentence to make that sort of grammatical mistake mate .

yea no fair point look im not defending him or justifying/making excuses for him im just trying to show a different perspective and particularly elucidate the fact that the kid has the natural ability and x-factor to really make a fist of first grade so when some go to lengths (which you havent admittedly) to call him shit and hopeless etc they are neglecting the finer points of his game which are some serious ability and potential imo. he is just an unrefined footballer simple as that - he makes the sort of errors and defensive misreads that you would expect someone just starting out in the game to and this is why there is hope to get them out of his game. how long it will take i dont know but if we can we have a dangerous player on our hands

Don't blame SKD, Smith keeps selecting him.

He has been playing on the wing the last 3 seasons that may have something to do with it. Obviously he is still getting used to being back in the centres.

I don't like his lack of urgency in defence. Once in the in-goal and then on that amazing try he was too lazy. In that try, he didn't even chase - whilst Nate and others were busting a gut to keep up.

When SMith talks about players not up to it SKD is the one that springs to mind first.

There is a great attacker in there though, which is so frustrating.

Standing there watching, all that was missing was a Cuban Cueball Clap like 2004.

You're a statmonkey, congratulations. Though stats do not ALWAYS tell the story.

Throw in the fact that the other 15 blokes (Pearce can keep his head up) were absolutely useless on the night, and it was not hard to look "excellent" on the stat sheet.

The dumb one can make 200 metres, 5 line breaks and break 20 tackles in a game for all I care. It's the stupid mistakes he makes that cancel out the positives (and there's not many)

He is very frustrating. He'll make a great break, run 40 or so metres to help improve his stats, but fails to set up his support because he can't pass. The stats don't take these basic fark ups into account

SKD has the potential to be a good football. His lack of brains is holding him back
