  • When will this stupid ****ing club learn

A home game is just that. We would've won this stupid game if it was played at the SFS. This club is run by ****ing numbskulls.

1 of their last 9 eh? Money talks more than winning it seems.

Maybe we need the money...no one much is playing poker machines and gambling a lot anymore.
We hardly get big crowds at our homes games anymore.

Maybe it's written into our NRL contract.

            It'd be nice to know.

Maybe we should turn into a thug team...and not be so nice...seems to work for some other teams.

That works for me. With the salary cap both thinning and evening teams out, giving away your home ground advantage is madness and it continually backfires on the Roosters. This tells me that the money gained by making such decisions means more than winning to Roosters management, who, by the way, can go and get farked along with phil graham and minichiello and that carnt phil ward.

These days, playing at the SFS is akin to an away game, seeing that we don't play there all that often !

If it's written into our NRL contract to take one, or two home games away...then we have to do it.

The two games we took away were not the ones we should have!

...and what's this tripe about playing an upcoming home game at the Cricket Ground?...I hate that place for rugby league.

Time we opted out of Mr Gallop's "It's good for Rugby League" warm and fuzzy policy.

Next time 'he' asks we should be saying: "Sorry, we've done our share...we get no favours, so we're looking after ourselves for a while".

Anyone know what the NRL's contracts for clubs are?

                        That's tragic.

But it's not like the SFS has been a fortress either.

The club look at going to other grounds to make a profit from game days, fine all well and good, grab the cash.......

but what are they doing to shore up the crowd numbers at games at the SFS?????

What real benefits are they offering to season ticket holders, what are they doing to convert irregular visitors to games to season ticket holders????

What are they doing to build the game day crowds at the SFS?? what are they doing to bring the Easts supporters back???????

Absolutely nothing.. My fears when the club signed Noyce have all been well and truly confirmed.. Here for short term success and building nothing for the future... He is a waste of space.

the problem comes from before noyce.

You look to fisk starting the "tradition" of playing home games away.

personally, i think the club need to start with a price cut in tickets to games and then follow up with stronger advertising of home games.

Secondly, and i feel the team is on the way to this, we need a strong and consistant team that wins more often than not.
