Meh, I don't think he is as good as some of you are making out. He is better than our current stocks though.

I'm waiting for Kheirallah to develop. Good young kid.

Michael Gordon is decent, but isn't amazing. Has pace but isn't a REAL flier - I'd take him over Perrett, but I would rather a big, athletic speedster with an aerial presence like Matt Duffie, Justin O'Neill or Kevin Gordon any day.

I played with Aku at the Woy Woy Roosters and he use to carve up...AND HE WAS 3 YEARS YOUNGER THAN US!
In a prelim final we were down by 8 with about 4 minutes to go.We scored a try to make the deficit 2 with a minute on the clock.
We were thinking up all sorts of plans and finally decided on a little un-expected chip or grubber from a handy ball playing forward we had.
Everyone agreed it was a good idea and we were going to run with it....except Aku.Who then proceeded to catch the ball from the kick-off and run through the entire team to win us the game after the bell.****ing sensational. And i'll say it again...3 YEARS YOUNGER!! It does'nt seem much, but a 15 year old carving up 18 year olds is unheard of!
It does'nt hurt that he can run the 100 in about 10.5-11 seconds either!
                Yeah a real gun.

Gordon is the fastest at the Panthers, apparently. Quicker than Jennings over 100m.

                      Regardless...

Give me Kevin Gordon, Justin O'Neill, Matt Duffie, Akuila Uate or Jharal Yow Yeh any day of the week. On to the wish list they go!

im with you. i think the pick of the bunch is duffie though. has the speed but is awesome in the air - really unrivaled and his defence is also top shelf. these couple of things is what he has over a couple of the others and the reason i would have him over say aku is because he is more consistent and wouldnt cost a bomb - he is a genuine finisher which is what i want out of a winger. id rather splash the cash on some gun playmakers and have players like duffie on the wing who can finish off the backline moves capably

Now that Gordan is an Origin player,,,It would seem more clubs would be chasing this guy,we should have made a play at him beforehand.......His asking price would have now gone up in value

all true, but that's not how we roll

we buy at the top of the market, and sell as close to the bottom as possible

I would prefer Yow Yeh myself, big and strong, not sure if he has had an injury but he was lightning quick when i watched him in 20's

Agreed. He's a glorified El Crappy light with more speed.

He weighs about a buck fifty. We'd likely sign him, and he'd rot away on the sideline like Amos Roberts.

I'd still take him over the try scoring machine perrett and the goofball.
