Terribly unfair of me saying this but I suspected the same.
Especially after listening to Fittler's comments on the Footy Show last week.

Even the great fittler played at lock to accomodate A.Walker, but I hope Braith is being a stubborn bitch and refusing to play, id rather not have him in the team.

I bet if Anasta had played the Roosters would have won, simply on the back of his defense.
And remember Fittler even when sober has been quick to put shit on the Roosters at times

Try and be serious and you will look stupid

The writing is on the wall and he knows it...I would rather they play FPN at lock anyway...we got dudded against the warriors plain and simple...if they had played Carney in his natural position from the start of the year and blooded a proper fullback we might be a few wins higher on the ladder as well...he's had a crack at the 5/8 spot for a few years now and it's time to move on...

Brian Smith is not like Fittler. If Anasta refuses to play lock there will be consequences.

Yet Anasta never onced bagged him publically and constantly said he learnt so much from him even when he got the sack. Shows you what true gentleman he is.

                              Good analogy.
Perhaps Braith also has an exit clause of $600K p.a.for life! LOL
