"Shane Neumann, Josh Morris, Tim Winitana, Ben Barba"

That's where their weaknesses lies, as much hype as there has been about Barba, he is very much a liability in defense along with Morris.

I hope someone buries Ennins eyes first into the turf so hard his head pops out his arse.

    Chook.

Origin 3 being the only one where punches were thrown... cowardly punches might I add. At least Myles has the forhead to soften the blow.
If there's going to be a fight this weekend, can we at least have a win as well?

The biggest fight for the Rooster's is to not let Ennis get inside their heads.

He is a hardcore sledger and if they are able to stay focus on the job at hand instead of just aiming for him, we'll have the win on the ladder.

It was only severe bruising, they initially thought it was broken but thankfully for BJ it wasn't.

If we reproduce our form of the last month, we will win this one.

If our defence remains at the level of the last couple of weeks, then I will believe we are on our way back. 3 wins out of the last 9 games doesn't entitle you to believe tha you're in form.

                      Ah, good stuff then.

I assume the bruising is why he's not playing this weekend though.

as much as i agree that i would have symonds ahead of koops, how does the fact that he used to be a 5/8 have anything to do with it? We have braith in the backrow who can cover 5/8 having been one for the past 10 years and then maubs who can cover centres so the reasoning behind symonds on the bench should have nothing to do with his ability to play centre and half because both of those positions are covered by other permanent fixtures in the squad. Thus, imo, the only position that doesnt have depth/can be covered is hooker - aside from friend no one else (including symonds) has really played there before. it is for this reason that koops has been getting the nod. So imo, i think ben jones or jaubs should be wearing koops' 17. jones can cover all positions across the backline and has played a bit of hooker and looked very sharp and i still think that he could be a great utility off the bench coming on to cover hooker and add some speed and spark but with watts on his way, that role for him has now dissipated. Jaubs can play halves, hooker and i see him as a tidy option coming on even into lock to share the hooking role with friend much like hinchcliffe at the storm as he is a superb defender like friend so coming on at the backend of the game/halves he could be dangerous for some extra dart and speed around the ruck to give someone like FPN or Myles a bit of a rest This seems a little more logical imo. Symonds although one of my favourites, has not been himself since the injury he sustained early on in the season so imo his form hasnt actually warranted selection ahead of the other anyway and for the reasons i have described above, the likes of jaubs, jones or even brunton instead of koops on the bench seems more logical

Gonna be a tough game, but we can win this, comes down to our kicking game and defence, especially stopping Barba. Nate and Jake need to smash him early and often.
