Another call I thought was suspect was the line droput in the last minute. The ball was knocked dead from play and Badger blew time off. I was under the impression that if after the ball was dead if someone kicked it away then time could be blown off. In this case, since the ball had gone dead from play, then it wasn't appropriate to blow time off and give them another chance to sneak a win.

I could be wrong but...
