  • Kane Linnett

I didn't see him leave the field does anyone know what happened??

Linnett got pulled today unfortunately he was fairly ordinary, missed the tackle for the first bulldogs try, didn't run hard enough when trying to get out of the in goal area and bombed a try in the first half when the score was 18-10, no doubt he has potential, he just had an off day today, on a positive note Leilua was outstanding today.

Leilua looked very promising, by far and way his best game to date. Same goes for Hargreaves with two of his best performances to date coming back to back. The youngsters are rising to the occasion, it's a nice change for years gone where their inexperience and youthful exuberance was an excuse for their inconsistent performances.

          Leilua was bloody brilliant.

            Was hooked.

            Harsh but correct choice.

            His time will come.

Linnett is a centre pure and simple I wouldn't expect him to go well on the wing

Played lethargic, was he sick during the week or carrying an injury? A massive drop in performance from last Friday where Souths peppered him all night with kicks and he defused pretty much every one of them.

                  Kane will be back.

I thought BJ was injured but apparently not. So glad he was a late change.

Myles looked a little flat tonight, i think he maybe still recovering from his injury.

I've said this before mun..Linnet's defense is not first-grade standard. Don't know why everyone raves on about him. He's had one decent match.

Myles was definitely flat today and probably should not have played.
Joey/Joseph/BJ Leilua had a fantastic game, his best by far.
JWH - that was his best game as a Rooster with more energy in his hit-ups and his usual sting in defence.

He is a centre, playing on the wing, with all 5 or so games experience.

I'd say it's tough to judge him on his defence.

For a young, inexperienced bloke he has shown great things. That turn and chase on Merrit last week was classy.

Today he was very poor. It happens.

I'd rather have BJ in the centres and bring in someone like Towers on the wing.
