  • Pearce on NRL on Fox tonight

for those interested Pearce is on NRL on Fox tonight at 7:30, will be interesting to see if they give him a hard time about moving out of home during the week, on monday night his father Wayne was paying him out about not being able to put together beds/coffee tables etc and had no idea how to use a screwdriver or shifter.

Living on campus means I'm foxtel free. Anyone know where I could eventually view the interview or download it??

If not, I'd appreciate a short little recap if you manage to understand him without a translator.

I love Wizz. If only Jnr had of replaced Daley and Del. They ruin that panel for me.

But yeah, nothing new in what he said, still good to hear him indicate that he wants to play for us for a long time to come.

Loved his answer to the last question by Whiz.
He asked what he wanted most to improve about his game and Mitch said his decision making under pressure and pointed out the top halves like JT and Princy as making great decisions when the pressure is on.
                Spanner gone and never forgotten

i too loved this answer. by stating this it just demonstrates his work ethic and the fact that he sets the bar for himself incredidibly high. he also said before stating this that he likes to work on everything but...and the rest follows.

alright "lie to me"! i think your reading too much into this. i think he did that for a couple of the answers.

he also tried to say through his mumblings and fublings and umms that he is his own person and that although he respects his dad he had no loyalty to balmain.

how legit was the rumour about pearce last year? and also how long is his current contract? from memory its 2013..

If pearcy ever left the chooksfor another nrl club I would slam my head through a window.

lol. I'd probably cry and snivel and have a long and painful mourning period. I would absolutely hate him though...would never be able to forgive him if he left us.

Damn, I wish I got to see that interview just to make my own conclusions. Thanks for the debrief guys.

It would have been nice for him to say that he wanted to be a Rooster for life but who's to say he won't be. Come 2013 some players think it will be open slather and if that is the case, good luck to them. It will be up to Uncle Nick to "show him the money" as well as Toddy and hope Manly don't gazump us.
