Anyone like to point out the errors this bloke has made in the past 5 games?? ...
The ones where he passes the ball inside to players who drop it or the ones where he scores without giving it to others who are supposed to be the ones whom score
made a couple of errors at the start of the broncs game,
his pass inside to pearce after his break, that pearce dropped was about to be called forward before they played advantage?
whats the point of this?
great player but has errors in him, i'm happy for one or two errors a game with how dangerous he is with the ball
Ever since the article in the paper that highlighted him as the player who makes most errors after linebreaks.. the amount of errors he is makes in a game has been reduced. We also expect him to do something stupid after something great.. and it hasnt happened ALL that often lately.
He is far from a perfect player and Linnett is fast becoming our best centre at the club. He can attack and can defend.
But it is good to see SKD playing well. Our right side defense had its best game this year. I was particularly impressed by Pez who has had some shockers recently in defense. They will be tested by Cooper and Morris next week.
I find it amazing we won 48 - 12 despite losing the penalty count 11 - 5.
That is truely amazing.
Another lost penalty count but I think there were probably 9 or 10 that were actual penalties tonight. We were very niggly tonight. We need to be more disciplined against the Dragons.

The fact that Parra got dominated so bad yet conceded half of our penalties is the actual problem.

yeah fair enough, we were niggly tonight Buddy, but were the Eels such a diciplined side????
the questions have to be asked, why teams become the beacons of dicipline when they play Our Roosters ?????

At a football club, there’s a holy trinity – the players, the manager and the supporters. Directors don’t come into it. They are only there to sign the cheques.

The fireworks at the Easter show are making more noise than the crowd tonight

Yeah we prob could have gotten a couple more but... we were pretty ordinary. The worst incident - FPN manhandling someone about 2 or 3 times in the one tackle - didnt get penalised even though it was far worse than the 2 quick ptb penalties before it. If he had been penalised & binned I dont think we could have complained.
For a change we got a lot of 50-50 calls. I thought Reddy would have gotten BoD for sure.
He also made a bad read in defence allowing Tahu into space, ultimately resulting in their second try.
Was he the one who made "the bad read" or was a player inside him who allowed an overlap to emerge? When fast outside backs get space - surprise surprise - they often score.

I've rarely had a problem with the penalties against us - it's the way we don't get penalties when the oppostion infringes in the same way that peeves me.
