Satisfied with the EELS win - but even more so that we have allot of work to do to improve our game. The high penalty count, at times a lack of respect for the ball (suggesting also the opposition), and the fact that we need to sustain our defensive effort again this week and not revert back to leaking 30 points as per usual. I suppose this is something we could address this week against "Puff the St George Dragons"
Lately there's been nothing better than wearing my rooster training top to my local league loving gym in the mornings (dominated by warrior supporters) - Hahahahaha, Slay the Dragons

they're struggling to score points at the moment, but no-one should be understimating the dragons
they're the best defensive side in the comp, and are absolutely entitled to premiership favouritism
and as if they won't be smarting after 2 losses in a row
they'll be very hard to beat, and we'll need to either win or be very competitive to justify the hype

I'd personally like to see the Daily Telegraph jump on another bandwagon and leave us off the front, back and middle sections as seems to be case this week

Not to sound like a supercoach BUT...
their main(only?) attacking play on the left flank via Boyd can be shut down with the players just concentrating on Boyd.
Usually it's succesful because Creagh gets the short ball half the time, but it seems that now, EVERY TIME Hornby goes out the back to Boyd for one of his signature forward passes.
Whoever is playing second row/SKD just need to rely on their inside defender for the Creagh run and concentrate on not letting Boyd get outside them.
Hopefully Brian gets my memo.

I will definately be there, if roosters are to lose a game before the semis as much as i dont want them to lose at all, i think this one is the one.. Id rather lose to a team thats ahead of us rather than lose another game against a team we should beat comfortablly ( sharks, knights, bulldogs or cowboys )
