  • People attacking our crowds again

Just tuned into 2SM and the usual dribble (Souths, St Merge, and Canterbury) supporters were ringing up saying that we'll have no crowd there on sunday. Somehting must be going on because they're all talking about us again. Bagging the juniors or lack of, no supporters, transit lounge etc. Dribblers the lot of 'em. Coach Smith, no premierships etc. I can feel it my bones, we will win this sunday!

I love it, the hate comes from the fear, the fear comes from another Easts dynasty on the horizon.

    ENJOY THE HATE.

it was great watching saturday nights match with a couple of friends who were manly/broncos/st merge supporters, you could notice them start to turn a tad green as we started piling on the points.

if not this year we will give the premiership an almighty shake in 2011-2012 on the back of such a strong core group of players already at the club.

The reasons they pick on the crowd is because they have nothing else to pick on.

The only people that like the Roosters are Roosters fans. The rest doesn't matter.

I love the 'us versus them' thing that is starting to build up.

However, crowds are a big issue for this club. In particular, the amount of supporters the Roosters take away from home (esp. in Sydney) is pretty disappointing.

Anything less than 35,000 this weekend would be a disappointment (esp. in light of Anzac Day this year).

Seeing as though Roosters biggest fan base is out of towners, how do you figure that....it no longer resides in the eastern suburbs......

Seriously people need to realise that any given day you can walk down Queen St, or High street and see a hell of a lot of red white and blue.....

I am only going on sunday cause its our game....I would much rather it be played at home.....you know the place next door.....

Finally, I see they've decided the day of game I'm going to - Sun 29th Aug @ 3pm against Manly at SFS. Steve, will ring you when I get to Sydney (arrive at 7 a.m. on Fri 27th Aug) .....have to have lunch either the Fri or the Mon (or both) at the best darn cafe in Sydney - hanging out for one of Jim's chicken schnitzels.

Phantom, you & the family be at that game? Be great to catch up.

Don't be afraid to step out in the rain. Take a chance. Sometimes the only way to get your rainbow is by getting wet.

Our crowds are poor. Can't gloss over it.
