  • Goal line dropout

Why didn't they stopped the clock when the Sharks had one with 35 seeconds to go?

Wasn't it against the Bulldogs we were forced to take one as the ref called time off?

Because we supposedly threw the ball away (which is wasn't, it was deflected away in preventing the try) to deliberately waste time.

It was horrific refereeing by Badger on the day, **** the poofs in pink.

If you have a look back at that Bulldogs game Anasta argues with the ref for calling time off. Ref calls time back on then just as Anasta is set to take the drop kick, the ref is yelling at him to hurry up and calls time off a second time.

Compare that to what we copped with these refs tonight in letting the clock run.

      Not real flash is it?

It was a fine example of why conspiracy theories run rampant on this place 38 - 0. Another fine example tonight where Gallen drops the ball blatantly in front of the pocket referee and is awarded a penalty......Masoe drops it a few minutes later in a 2 man tackle and is called for dropping it when it was punched out from the side.

        It sends me bitter!

Yeah I agree, I'm over the refs and we seem to get dud calls every week. I think its time Smith reached in his pocket and spent a few grand.

I thought he should of spent some money after the Bulldogs and Brisbane games. We just keep getting hammered by the refs he has to say something.

If we had Sticky still coaching us, he would have spent over $40,000 this past month. I like Smithy's new mellow approach but he needs to stiffen up abit and let them know he's not happy with the dud calls we seem to get week after week. I'm sure he can afford it.

See the thing is if he went off at the NRL I think it's justified. All he has to do is show our penalty counts from the last 2 years and it's obvious something is going on.

It seems to me that alot of our penalties always seem to be in the early tackle count and we are penalized late 4th or 5th tackle which hurts the side even more. I would love to see the stats about that too.

Yes, an excellent example that elo and I noted it too. The double-standards there just make me want to scream.
