  • The early acid test ...

... for the Roosters will come in the form of rounds 4 through 9 as they face the following sides:
    R4 Eels (home)
    R5 Broncos (home)
    R6 Warriors (away)
    R7 Dragons (home)
    R8 Sharks (away)
R9 Storm (home) with a possibly weakened side due to Test and City/Country

If they can get through that period with three out of six wins, I would think they did well.

Yes it will be hard but I am confident as always.

It's not looking good and what is even worse is that there appears to be no development or progress or improvement in the quality of their play.

Well lets look at our next 2 games:

          Sharks (minus Gallen)
          Storm (With Finch)

I'd love to be so optomistic, but after watching yesterday, the Sunday footy show today (where good sides constructed good tries), then watching NCL (for the first time this yr) we haven't improved 5%.

Some try hard all the time, some most of the time.

We run minimal decoys or 2nd man plays, it's embarrasing at it provides no challenge to the defence.

What do they practice at training?

Worst of all, WE ARE SLOW JUST ABOUT EVERYWHERE, and this is the problem we cannot solve, no matter how hard they try each week.

As much as I hate to say it, we are gone in 09

                and
                R10 Knights (home) LOSS
Bad to worse with more crap to come I'm afraid.
This team is going backwards at a rate of knots.

This year we have won 30% of our games..

This has not changed from round 17 last year.....

Compare this to the first 17 rounds of 2008 when we were winning 73% of games played..
