  • How the hell are we $1.57 favourites for monday night

not sure why we are at such short odds for monday night against the Titans.

no question the Titans have been the form team for the last month where we have certainly come off the boil.

this is a match our forward pack needs to stand up as the Titans forwards as a group are statistically much better performed then what our pack have been dishing up.

Their style of play suits us much better. They like a more open style of game and aren't grinders like Saints or the Sharks. We've also had a bit of extra time to freshen up and prepare for the game. I think we're specials to be honest and will be extremely disappointed if we get beat. In the back of my mind I always saw the Sharks game as a danger game coming off the hype of playing in front of a huge SCG crowd and it turned out that way. I'm sure we will see a more switched on and determined team come Monday night.

Agreed - $1.57 is way too short, the Titans last 2 away wins were at Kogarah and Auckland....way tougher challenges than playing at the SFS.

We are at that price because we could well be the best team in the comp this year, despite our last 2 losses...

Many neutrals believe we can go all the way...

Sharks game was always a danger game with a short turnaround and complacency in the young team. If they are risking Maubs you can be sure they won't be complacent on Monday. We will win.

should be $1.90 each of 2

Will you give me $1.90 for the roosters?

No doubt you've mortgaged the house and taken the overs on the Titans then?

no, because with the market where it is there'd be no need to roll them out that far to lay them. Why lay them at $1.90 when you can lay them lower?

If I was a bookie though, I'd be rolling them out to $1.65

I'll be amazed if they're not at least that by kickoff

                          Is Prince in doubt?

certainly no mortgage, but have backed them

I must have missed that class in school because I have no idea what the above means but then that may be because I'm not a gambling man.

I think a picture of Jennifer Hawkins is in order given the use of the word lay in TOK's post ...
