  • Sa Signs with Dogs

Setaimata Sa will be a Bulldog until 2013 through an early release of his contract, because he was not getting use to the European society and environment and wanted to come back home on compassionate grounds.

The New Zealand International Test star was this afternoon released from the final two years of his Catalan Dragons contract and will be at Belmore from the start of the 2011 NRL season.
Todd Greenberg said Sa had agreed to terms but was yet to sign a contract.
He would not disclose details of the deal, saying only Bulldogs base offer had not changed during five weeks’ of negotiations.
He said third party deals and Sa’s desire to go back home to Sydney had lured the New Zealand star to Bellmore after 2years with the Dragons.
The addition of a class player such as Sa ensures Bulldogs backline retains its strike out wide.

Hope he plays in the centres.

Good player when he is on, but gee he goes cold.

Wish him some luck to become the player he is capable of.

Dogs have to be over the cap.. they have signed so many players and apparently they are after Frank Pritchard too..
An Sa will probably get suspended for bashing someone again anyway.

Okay. I think I have rose colored glasses when it comes to him.

Hmm ... agree with the second bit, not so much the first. At least it appears that our no dickhead policy is being relaxed. No more giggling at training and helping little old ladies across the road.

Bring back the Dogs of War !!!

I.A.D., sometimes you need to think "what exactly is Todd Greenberg thinking?"

Or Kevin Moore for that matter.

Sa - I feel sorry for the Bulldogs. Hope you have better luck with him than the Roosters because this guy isn't worth what he brings to the field when he feels like it.

I will rephrase it abit, he has potential but I don't think he will ever live up to it, except maybe in his own mind

Sa hasnt signed a contrcat because he will more than likely be seeing a jail cell for part of next season
