Again, I hope it's bullshit and he stays on. But swap positions with Linnett.

I gave you a bum steer. It was in Dumb And Dumber's column in the Sunday Tele. The article reads as follows for those who missed it:

            Game Of Chicken
They may be flying high but rumours are emerging from the Roosters camp that not all players are happy. Winger Phil Graham is being offered around to rival clubs, even though he has a year to run on his contract. Graham's manager has told the Roosters that his player isn't going anywhere.

Seeing it is from the same geese that had to apologise for their rumour regarding Dugan, it lacks any credibility. "Not all players are happy". This is the best that Beetroot face and Bourbon Bec can come up with at semi final time. FMD they probably believe that this amateur journalism will actually destabilise us. TOK can you tell your bum chum he shows himself up to be more of a fool with every article he writes.

PARRAMATTA are favoured to pick up Roosters flyer Phil Graham after losing gun centre Jono Wright to the Bulldogs.
Sport Confidential can reveal Wright has joined Canterbury's impressive list of recruits, agreeing to a two-year deal this week.

His departure leaves the Eels short for depth out wide and we've got it on solid authority that CEO Paul Osborne has commenced talks with Graham's management.

The Roosters recently told the 29-year-old he was free to look elsewhere, despite having another season to run on his contract at Bondi.

Parramatta were reportedly in the market for Titans try-sneak Jordan Atkins, but their preference is Graham. Atkins' priority is to stay with the Gold Coast, but they look unlikely to offer him a top-tier contract, leaving the Eels and Cronulla as potential suitors.

"If he doesn't stay at the Gold Coast, he'll probably go to Parra," his manager Steve Gillis said yesterday.

I remember the night before Shillington signed for the faders, in fact after we played the Faders.

We were back at the Bondi Room, myself and 2 mates met this bloke, an Irish guy who we didnt know from a bar of soap, he was a great guy, as we chatted on he said he was Shillos club sponsor and Shillo signed for the Raiders last wednesday.

He took us over to meet Shillo, he seemed a quite shy guy but as the chat went on, I said mate, good luck in Canberra next season, sad to see you go, welll something along those lines anyway.

He looked at me with a puzzled face and said

"As far as i know, i am about to re-sign for 3 more years here, announcement to be made next week"

The Irishman was as surprised as me to hear this.

The following Wednesday Shillo announces he is going to Canberra.

Honestlly do the players really know where they are going??? is it better for them to have no idea???? let the manager make the decisions, much like the leaders of every country who have deniabilty whenever something untoward happens.

                  Rusty.

Not sure how to say this politely without offending some of the girls on this site who love a player because a player said hello to them or seemed friendly.

                  But I'll say it anyway.

Most players are LIARS. Don't believe any shit that comes out of their mouths.

I know this champion, their are really only a few whos word i would take as gospel.

I really beleive most players are as dumb as dogshit also, they wouldnt know shit from clay, most the time there dumbarse demeanour is not a front.

Managers do everything, including when to tell the guys to take a piss.

I knew shillo was full of shit, because this pissed Irishman was very dissapointed, he was Shillos sponsor for 3 years.

He was drunk, of course he was telling the truth, what bloke doesnt when their drunk??????????

                      we need some genuine finishers.

graham used to be in his day at canberra, but as others have said he lacks the punch nowadays.

only skd and linnett could be labelled flyers and able to finish a 100m dash to the line from an intercept. perrett, carney, mini, leilua couldnt get there.

its fine to have perrett on one wing for dummy half runs and yardage, but we need a flyer on the other.

the last genuine finisher we had was amos. at least his try scoring nous seemed to outweigh his defensive lapses.

we need a kevin gordon type. fergy wouldve fit the mould too, cant understand why he would sign up for an always overpopulated backline

You obviously missed the Carney intercept in the Canberra game where he was in 2nd gear and pulling away from all the chasers.

He also obviously missed the Parra game where Graham had to slow down and change direction twice to avoid overrunning Linnett and Hayne.

He hit full speed well before Linnet, who was still working around the opponents and Hayne who had to turn.

The guy is quick, but he isn't a speedster by nrLstandards.

like you guys have obviously missed the games where he has crabbed sideways with the ball, running 300 mtrs for the game but making 3.

the numourous times he been been driven back in tacles for repeat sets.

And the numourous times this season he has let the ball bounce instead of take it on the full, or the numourous times he has second guessed himself and cost us tries and goal line dropouts.

He is way past his best, he does give his all agreed, it is not through lack of trying, i just think the game has left his build and stle of play behind.

If you read the post it was about his ability to finish tries and his pace not his ability to make metres off kick returns and out of dummy half.

The first issues are not a problem for him, the second I agree aren't his strong points. That's primarily because he is a centre not a winger.
