Awesome stuff Melon. I think all of us are confident (but suspicious of our confidence).

This roosters team looks unstoppable to me. The bookmakers will have taken a heap on the dragons throughout the year, and are not keen to take anymore, otherwise we would be shorter than $2.30.

The thing is, this team has not had an easy run, not by a long way, very lopsided penalty counts not just this season but over years.

That has not stopped them being here now and will not stop them this Sunday.

I used to get upset with Dragon fans who believe their overrated team has a divine right to a premiership each year, that their supporters are more passionate than any other supporters, that they support a merged team with little history and no premerships yet take pride in the history of a team that no longer exists.

This morning though, I had a moment of insight which helped me understand their stupidity and delusion. Their mascot is a firebreathing dragon which they use as a symbol of power. Yet St George was a dragon slayer. It is no wonder their fans are confused.
