  • Tigers Win-We're on Notice!

    I hope that Smith and Anasta for that can keep the team concentrated on the job at hand. The raiders were favorites to win and yet are now condemned to Mad Monday. In the past we have lost when we have played teams that have been ravaged by injury and it's no different tonight. Lets hope that even though we are the favorites to win, we haven't already claimed victory before the whistle goes off.

    As for the Tigers...Well what are the odds that we will meet them in the GF? Can it be 5 out of 5?

    Agree. No doubts that game will inspire the Roosters to not assume the game is already ours, and come out firing from the start. There eventually comes a time when you can't leave your run to the second half.

      I always fancied the Tigers.

      They played nearly perfect football for 60 minutes against us and were unlucky to lose.

      We are a better team than Canberra.

      Easts to win.

        Agree that if the refs keep their whistles in their pocket the way they have so far in the finals, and teams like tigers can be offside every tackle, attacking brilliance such as ours can be almost nullified. Tigers will come up against the Bennett coached offside kings next week though.

            The one area they can match the dragons is in the forwards.
            They have the cattle to give it to them its there clumsy backs that let them down and slack halves defence-most breaks against Balmain is between Mars.hall and the no 7

              yep if the tigers can put in a performance like that after 100 minutes, and with a day less to recover, we have no excuses!!!

                Gotta emphasise that;

                NO EXCUSES EASTS, NONE, NADA, ZIPPO!

                Go out there and beat the shit out of this team, the Panthers are staggering on the edge of a cliff, push them off boys - put them out of their misery.

                Go Easts.
