Ben Jones is the last man standing and will wear 17. But don't be surprised to see him stay on the bench all game.

He has a bad shoulder that is affecting his play.

I think he's been there for the last few games Mario.

I even recall him being interviewed about the change in Week 1.
It's scientifically impossible for Easts to be in Souths' shadow when there's daylight between them and us.
          Easts to win

look if jones does play it will be the first 20 as hooker for his speed... that is the only reason i can see him in the team... he is much faster than JAubs... otherwise this has me dumbfounded.....

I bet the Titans are hoping that Archer gets injured somehow... nobody can beat the Roosters without Badger.

lol im surprised he didn't name Koops on the bench considering he has played majority of the season. Why all of a sudden has he decided Jones is the best option for the bench spot.

It has to be Mosoe or Jaubs at worst. Smith is toying with the Titans.

Symonds is a far better option off the bench than Jones.

I am still of the genuine belief that jones could become an effective bench utility player and impact hooker in the watts mold. he needs to be told which position he should specialise in and stick with it. he is quite a strong player and a decent defender with good acceleration off the mark and a good footy brain. he gets exposed out in the centres because he isnt tall enough to contain the tall athletic centres so i belief hooker is his spot. we have signed watts so his days with us may be numbered but considering he could make an impact with his speed and is highly versatile i wouldnt have minded us trying to mold him into that bench utility to relieve jones from time to time and cover the backline. he still needs time to develop and is far from perfect but i think he has the potential.....

Smoke screen from Smithy is my bet.

I sometimes think he does this as a shit stir, or as a game with the media.

                                Chook.
