I said in an earlier post that the Caxton is alwys full.

There is a new pub called the Iceworks furthur along , just past the stadium. It would be great to go there, and take over the joint with Roosters. Thoughts?

              i think it is a sign !

The place is actually called the "Paddington Iceworks" and it is in the suburb of Paddington.

Adzta, this could be the way to go ! i may send an email to the owners, see if they can do some sort of deal for Rooster fans !

That it is Muzz. Has only been opened for about a year. Unlike the Paddo Tavern and Caxton, it is still finding its feet. All new and sparkley, and same sort of prices as the caxton.

I just think if we can all meet there, we will take over the place, like a pre game club house. The caxton always gets heaps of people, because most Sydneysiders are familiar with its name. At the Caxton you get sat out in the car park anyway.

Get onto in Muzz. If you need help, I work pretty close.

if you're after a real nice pub that's a 5 minute walk to Suncorp - The Coro

Nice pub, but not really a game day pub. 3 to choose from Caxton, Ice works, or the Paddo. After the game head up the hill to the Normanby, you may even catch Alfie in his jox, or Andy Symonds on a bender.

true, but it won't take you an hour to get a beer

or longer if you go to the Caxton

They are not to bad TOK. They all set up beer tents, don't really need to wait at all.

So it's down to The Iceworks or The Caxton which are pretty close to eachother.

Went to the Syd FC Grand Final in Melb and there was a dedicated bar around the corner from the ground just for Syd FC fans which was fantastic.

What time are you all kicking off?
