Its been reported that each week, Brian Smith has called in a motivational speaker to talk to the group.

Who will it be this week.

My tip is Craig Fitzgibbon. (thats who I would be getting anyway )

Get him on the next plane back to Bondi

Oh how I'd love to see Fitzy back AND playing next Sunday. That is a far more deserving send off for such a champion than what he copped. Great idea FF to get him back here and talking to the team.

As for motivation, I wonder if Brian has played that video coach smiley uses; the one called "Second Effort" by Vince Lombardi. Apparently it worked a treat for the merge scum.

It'd be great to see Fitzy back. Simon Bonetti, Bryan Fletcher and Luke Ricketson were sitting with the supporters on Friday night and it was a real thrill.

He is probably back in Australia because his English side (Hull) got knocked out in the first week of the finals (that was two weeks ago).
