  • Does losing the GF make watching replays pointless?

There I was last week thinking of an entire off season of replays to watch. I don't have Foxtel (I refuse to give that paedophile Murdoch my hard earned) so I download the games from the NRL site for free.

I tried to watch a game last night thinking it might alleviate the pain but all it did was leave me with an empty feeling throughout. We had some great wins in 2010 but I can't help feeling that watching them will be a pointless and frustrating exercise?

    Chook.

        I haven't watched the replay, I wouldn't be able to bear it. I haven't watched 2000, 2003 or 2004 either.

        There's no point.

We should be proud of the games we have played during the season.

Both souffs matches, the Dogs at the SFS, All 4 games against the Tigers, Both brisbane games, they were all crackers, hell even the Warriors in Christchurch was a great game to watch, that game changed our season !!!!

I will never stop loving Braith's field goal and SKD's try against the Tigers.

But I haven't watched any replays just yet, the GF wounds are still is a little raw!

The replay was on foxtel numerous times over the past few days. It's like driving past a serious car crash. You know you shouldn't look because it will just upset you, but you are soo tempted to have a peek!

Anyway I had a look at the time one of the replays started. So I watched the 10 minute period where we scored our 2 tries and were on a roll. And quickly switched off. The rest can be for another day, in a few years time!

With this one, i did the same. Ill never watch a replay where the merged Scum win a title.

I deleted it off my IQ as well. And when I stumbled across it when flicking channels on Monday, quickly switched over.

If anyone does watch it, I'd recommend turning it off at half time. Nothing to see in the second half worth seeing.

simply can't bear watching the replay.. probably leave the footage of the season furthest away from my mind as possible. As such i havent bothered watching any sport reports since the GF

No need to watch it. Every freaken decision that went against us just keeps mulling around in my brain.

I watched it a couple of times just to focus on the referees.

                            Unbelievable.

                              Same.

Its the first time I have watched a replay of a losing GF. I wanted to see whether what I witnessed at the game was in fact what happened.
