IMO Martin Kennedy will be better than James Graham by the end of next year..

we will have enough trouble in coming years to retain what we have now, no way should we be chasing an overated hack like Graham.

we need to be working out how we can extend the contracts of Kennedy, Leilua and Linnett then decide what to do with Anasta, the real problem for us will be the end of 2012 when Carney and Pearce both come off contract.

Forget Graham

He isnt up too NRL pace, and from what I seen of him, he is a toiler at best, with no grunt in him at all, for a captain, I cant recall seeing him speak on the field at all. We are ok for forwards now, what we need is another classy centre, I know he is not off contract, but when he is, we should chase him hard, and thats Lawrence, from Wests Tigers, he is going to mature into a world class player. Him and SKD in the centre's is enough to make yaself wet ya pants.

hindsight's usually 20/20, but it was my view when he signed for Canberra, and I had many discussions on here with people claiming he was paid $450K a season to go to Canberra. Which of course is absolute rubbish

Awesome player who would be ideal to take over from Ryles but maybe one year too early. I'd like to see us develop JWH, Kennedy, Masoe & Arona next year. There's still too many unkowns about these players, we may not need to sign anyone if at least two of them turn out to be the goods.

I'd wait this year out (our squad is already top 4 material) judge whether Ryles could play on and whether or not our youngsters are up to it. With a big salary cap rise expected for 2013 we could back end his deal + Ryles's contract and still have the money to retain our best players (which should be our first priority)
