And yes.....32-8 does say it all. Good effort to make it but totally outclassed.
Claytons "victory" and you know it. What an empty feeling it must be...

        Oh the emptiness......

All you've got is a pathetic "we was robbed" and I'm not even sure what your Claytons thingy is about. I'm sure you must know what you mean given how much you losing has obviously hurt. I don't get why losing a Clayton's thingy (whatever) has wounded so many so badly? But maybe I'm still still just drunk from celebrating.

As you will recall, I was leading the charge in my criticism of the treatment of the Storm…or should I say, scapegoating of the Storm…by its owners early this year.

And indeed one of the main reasons for my critical stance was because of hypocrisies from the media conglomerate that owns the club and as of today still owns half the game.

It's still far from clear that the Storm are safe in the long-term…look at what News did to the Perth Reds and Adelaide Rams when it financially suited them to drop them like a cold pie…they dropped them like a cold pie!

The same could happen to the Storm…I wonder if the Independent Commissioners will be far sighted enough to step in and bail out a post-News Limited owned Melbourne franchise.

The Independent Commission can't happen soon enough for rugby league in this country. The fact that it has taken this long is a disgrace.

By the way, now that the Roosters don't score many tries off kicks, are you going to change your profile name?

I recall a thread started some months ago about possible alternatives for you.
          Great post mate.

And yes I recall your stance about The Storm fiasco, I was one who agreed with your views.

Interesting to observe The Tellucrapp is at it again. Countless off season articles saying the "fans" want a Perff, a 2nd Brissy and a CC/Bears team. Im sure these same NewsRL arsewipes destroyed these clubs about 12 yrs ago. Didnt give a sheet about the "fans" then.

I reckon we have a poll for Teabags new nic. My vote is for Teabags Only Koreans.

And the GF its not a conspiracy thingy Teabags. Its a "fact" the officials farked up on several occasions during that game. Harrigant was the worst offender followed by Larry Linesman and Terry Touchjudge. Its also a "fact" Funch snr played for the Stains. I know if the roles were reversed that wouldve been bought up in the mainstream media, you know the old Easts Bias card. Teabags knows too I suspect.

Interestingly the CH 9er blokes said fark all at the time. But people who listened to Hadley, The Wok, Hughes and co even Wareen and Lozza all noticed their "view" of proceedings were dramatically different to the 9er blokes.

And it was an even better effort for the Dragons to make their second GF. You can thank the referee for that too - the Tigers should have been given a penalty goal after that appalling hit by Smith on Tuqiri went unpunished.

It seems that having the Dragons choke yet again was deemed unacceptable by the powers that be.

yes I believe without a doubt your'e right. Results have blatently favoured different teams in some games, ensuring a close a game as possible and a closely bunched competition, this has been the case for the best part of a decade. I blame myself for the fact I keep watching the game just changing over to something else or (if angry enough) turn it off followed by a slow burn and tell myself, it's o.k.one day I'll get a brain. (still waiting)

The comp isn't rigged, it's just that we have substandard refs and touchies.

Maybe so, I'll still like to know why the Dragons had a 9/9 record under Archer in 2010 yet just 11/18 under the rest.

There's just way too much of a bias in those numbers for my liking, does he love the Dragons? A goodbye present for ****wit Finch?

I want to know why we won the penalty count 6 out of 28 times last year.

And 2 out of 24 the year before.

And 6 out of 26 the year before that.

And why other teams with poor penalty counts magically concede fewer penalties when they play us.

We were an undisciplined rabble in those years. I'm expecting things to be much better this year.

We were so undisciplined we finished 4th and were runners up in 2 of those 3 seasons.

If you think the NRL's not manufacturing the outcome of games and the closeness of the competition, you're living in Disneyland for mine.

How do you explain all the decisions that blind Freddy can see are wrong.

How did everyone but the officials see Morris step a foot outside the line in the grand final?

How did everyone except Harrigan see the drpped ball ib our game against Brisbane? He had as many views as I did and every time, the ball was dropped a foot from the ground yet he awarded the try! not a rort?? please!!.

It was Tim Mander, but Harrigan endorsed the decision as correct the following day.
