The silly fcukwit reported only today that Matt Bowen's cousin Javid has signed a 2yr deal with us. That news is 2 weeks old.
He goes on to say that young Javid "slipped thru NQ's net and was poached by the Roosters". If you're going to report it, report it accurately knucklehead.
A NQ official was quoted at the time as saying they have so many talented youngsters that Javid was assessed as being surplus to their requirements.
Rothwit, again trying to put a negative spin on all things Roosters. In his eyes others clubs sign or develop talent but them cussid Roosters poach & steal players.
Worry about your cellar dweller Sharks pal!
* TALK about a bunch of hypocrites ...The South Sydney Rabbitohs are about to announce a major sponsorship deal with Star City Casino to be plastered across the front of their jerseys next season. This is the same mob who banned poker machines from their Leagues club in 2007, with co-owner Peter Holmes a Court telling the world: "We don't believe it's an appropriate part of the new business. "There is a time and a place for gaming and I don't believe that South Sydney is the time or the place."
He nailed that one though, I can't stand him since his articles about us went from his opinion to just destabilising bait. After such a great year he has nothing but to attack the smallest things (usually created by he or someone else's wildest dreams) and it really is showing him up for the hack he is.

One would need to be naive to think that Braith is worth the money he's receiving from the club to be playing as a back rower. Braith needs to play in the five eighth role for his future career in the game, he won't be playing that role at the roosters, time is running out for the talented player and perhaps he is still young enough to score a three year contract with the Cowboys. I have a great admiration for Braith as a player and a man, and wish him all the best whether he stays with us or leaves to join another club.
Brad Walter is shitting me now. He is to Crowe what Weilder is to Mundine - a lap dog.
3 weeks ago he said that nrl needed more russell crowes.....then the jay leno shit hit the fan,i emailed him and said after that fiasco, the nrl doesnt need more crowes.
fuknuckle didnt reply
You would think cockhead Rothfield has a roosters voodoo doll, constantly putting pins in it. The prick is happy when we lose, and makes excuses for our opposition when we win!!!!
He has already worn out his blow up dolls of Gallop and Crowe. They never say no. How many tubes of K-Y does he go through in a season?
Why is it when other clubs 'sign' a player, but easts always 'poach' a player.
Fark me, this anti-roosters crap has gone on long enough.
I'd say the nrl was pretty pissed off that we even made the grand final, coming up against their "chosen one" st Merge.
Maybe it's because we love all things Rugby League. I always turn off the television or change stations, when I see a team being systematically shafted by refs linesmen and video refs ( unless of course the team happens to be Souths or the dragons) but they never seem to get shafted, do they? but in spite of my disgust of the N.R.L. I still switch on the television come game time. My patience with on field decisions is waning, so Ill just have to wait and see if things improve under the new commission.
At the end of the day, as much as we like Braith's attitude and love for the Roosters, it makes business sense for the club to explore other options.
He would be taking up considerable salary cap space and is no longer our "marquee" player. It would be irresponsible for our management to allow him to continue at the club on his current salary.
The fact that he is club captain makes things awkward but rugby league is a business these days and tough decisions need to be made.
I believe we have the right people within the club to make these decisions.
