I also think Anasta will have a big year. He hads little pre season this year and was training in the 6 jersey. He will be smashing the gym to become a bigger second rower this pre season. Kennedy and SKD are musts, and Conn needs to be retained he was outstanding for us this year!!

if we are to remian strong and balanced. anasta must stay for at least 3 years at lock.and play that position bulk up abit n not try to be a 2nd no.6. skd must remain [no need 4explanation]. linnet must stay n bulk up abit as well. the rest r covered. if they want to stay they need to take whats on offer n work hard!

I am one of Braiths most outspoken followers, but I am pretty certain he doesnt have nor want another 3 years.......and bulking up.....he is pretty near perfect the way he is......

If Anasta can back up last years form and attitude then we should extend his contract. Price tag may be an issue and we need to be sensible but his leadership this year was unquestionable.

Braith is an absolute must, it bewilders me how people can be so eager to release our captain to keep one or two unproven juniors. Without a leader how are we going to expect our young guns to develop into hard-nosed winning players.

I wouldn't be so quick to cut Anasta loose. Just remember last off season was terrible for Braith, he had that really bad ankle injury and his mothers poor health, which is why he didn't set the world on fire the first half of last season, but he did play some really good footy there after.

I hope Braith has a perfect off season, and is ready to rip in round 1. It would be great if both he and the Roosters do not make a decision until at least round 8-9, so that he has had 2 months of footy under his belt and both parties can get a good gauge on how he is performing and make a better informed decision.

Surely if Braith is playing terrific footy, the 'I hate Anasta' club on here would be happy to keep him. Wouldn't you?

One thing is for sure, every time i see the replay of him kicking that equalizing field goal against the tigers, and see all the passion/emotion that he shows after, it sends a big chill up my spine and gives me so much brotherly love for him!!

I love watching him but unfortunately he's still pretty inconsistent, 2011 will be a pretty big season for him probably needs to (or the club needs to) decide whether his future lies in the front row or back row, if he's going to be playing up the middle he probably needs to put on some more weight he was getting picked off far to easily last season.

GI will be on 9news tonight to tell everyone why souffs will win the comp this year. Should make for some riveting viewing, i will be extremely interested on the 'why' souffs will win it??? I can really do with a good laugh at the moment seeing as how $hit the aussies are doing in the cricket.
