    Thoughts on Linnett..

Not sure on him just yet, I think he's a well rounded player but nothing overly special. He was certainly less effective after his injury last season so maybe Im a little harsh but I'd still prefer Graham, although you'll probably find I'm the only one. He will of no doubt bulked up over the off season so I'm willing to reserve total judgement until then especially after last year when I called him a shit signing.

I actually prefer him as a winger, he adds much needed pace to the backline

I couldnt agree with you more mate. After his injury last year, he definately quietened down. Hopefully his knee has become stronger over the off season. I also agree that he is a well rounded player, both an attacking and defensive centre. I reckon by what weve already seen from him that in a couple of years that he could be centre of the year quality. I still remember the break he made down the sideline he made against the eels, that was absolutely brilliant, I frikkin loved him after that. Thanks for your opinion matey, i really apreciate it.

I"ve herd he has bulked up a little, this will help his bid for the permanent centre possy. showed good signs last year but if he goes better this year and we have as good attack on his side as we do on skds side , we will be awesome!

Has good vision and can think ahead has very good defense ,probably the knee injury knocked him around a bit

He's a centre. Got great acceleration and can set up either side as he has a good offload. Brain is right, his injury stalled him, But after reading about how he got here I'll back him in to be our "other" attack this year. If he stays on the paddock he'll have a blinder of a year outside P and C.

                Chook.

I totally agree with you Rooster 6, i like Graham in the centres. There were a few games last year when we started the winning roll where Graham and Linnett formed a pretty good combination, the game against Parra especially.

Once his knee is fully better, he will be absolutely deadly. Him and Graham make an aweosme pair. Which pair do you reckon is better? Linnett and Graham, or SKD and Perrett??

I really like Linnett! Got pace and skill, would have bulked up in the pre-season so should be a better defender and an even better attacker. Also Leilua (now I know some of you don't see him as a centre or winger but he had some pretty good games last season) will benefit from a full pre-season in the first grade squad. He would have bulked up a bit more and the trainers would have have had a lot more time to teach him how to defend and attack properly on the wing/centre.

Linnett and Leilua already have a good set of games under their belts and will be unstoppable in 2011!

In the last week or so I have watched the following "comeback" games:

                            1. Souffs
                            2. Dogs
                            3. Brisbane
                            4. Parra (though not a comeback)
                            5. Tigers semi

                            Kane is a gun.

I'd like to see BJ Leilau at left centre with Linnett at left wing.

Graham can wear a Jets jumper unless we have injuries.
