He is a wrecking ball at his height, but can definately afford to lose weight to gain speed/accelleration.

Big mike should have a closer look, J C'S a ball of muscle sixpack and all.the only whey he could lose weight would be to sacrifice his shape and muscle! JC moved quite fine at kingswood training. the coaching staff would know whats best and they obviously think he's there!!!!!!!!!!

Symonds catching some high balls... I wonder if Smitty's got plans of playing him in the centres

Tom Symonds still doesn't look too impressive. He seems to have such a small upper body for a football player. He's obviously talented, but I can't see how he will make it if he can't match it physically.

Oh and, thanks for the photos mate!

Will you get much interest in photos like these in terms of sales? Who is likely to buy them from you? I'm a videographer, but I'd love to get into sports photography.

                  Cheers.

What are you talking about? The guy is lightning quick, especially over the first 20m!

Is that JCarney - 29 and 30 ? If so, he still needs to diet.

Ryles is looking prime. I'm tipping him to be even better this season.
I was Ryles' biggest critic but he has proven me wrong and Im glad he is wearing our colours. Dont be surprised if he gets an origin call up.

                                It's Mark Kheirallah.

                                He played NYC last year
