I would like him to stay.......but only at the right price for a 30 year old 2nd rower........about $200K...........Ive seen him do some very good things, but also some very horrible things, I cringe when he refers to himself, Carney and Pearce as ....the three of us......he is NOT a playmaker.

Happy for him to stay on two conditions:

1/ Both parties understand his true worth.

2/ Him and Willett STFU. I'm sick of reading shit like this:
He told officials the drawn-out negotiations could hurt the Roosters' early campaign, but it was out of his hands.
If he in fact said this then I don't care if he pisses off. If it was Willett then Braith should tell him to STFU. All that has been written makes him out to be a selfish prick and is trying to indicate that there is instability in the team because of it. Management have advised him of the situation, now prove what your worth on the field and realise that you aren't the playmaking 5/8 you once were (even if Carney wasn't around).

        What BUDDY said.

I too read that article today and I don't like the tone he's taking if indeed it is him and what he said was reported accurately.

I thought exactly the same thing when I read that

piss off Braith - don't be trying to pressure us into signing you with some veiled threat that if we don't it might disrupt the side

what will hurt the team more is if we keep paying marquee money for someone who isn't a marquee player

lift your performances on the field and we might be able to talk

until then, stop calling the papers

but Braith's always been a cash man

My thoughts exactly! A new 3 year deal imo is out of the question. I would prefer if he signed for 1 more year with a possible 2nd year deal in our favor if we decide to take it up.

Not overly concerned about it atm, interested to see how he goes over the opening few months of the season first.

Whatc should he say when asked about his playing future when he is asked?

                              Cmon ole Buddy

TOK calls Braith for a comment

Braith says something along the lines of

" Look its outta my hands, I am not a labor votor but these drawn out negotiations with the Waratah train project could hurt the cocks campaign"

TOK chinese whispers back to The Red Faced Drunken Hillbilly and we end up with more absolute dribble, that would be better left on his spank rag.

And get some third party laser tattoo removal clinic to remove that disgusting thing on the inside of his bicep.
