Yes I was talking to SKD the other day (when Phantom was off in the bathroom coz she always seems to be with him.) He told me that the plan is to trade him with the Waratahs for Kurtley Beale and Drew Mitchell. Drew will play centre (replacing SKD) and Beale will play FB (replacing Mini when he retired mid-season.)

I checked with Mini as well (Friday night I went out on the cans with Mini and Toddie...) all my boys (Toddie, Count and Skidz) said it's happening but to keep it quiet.

Beale is an absolute gun! He would be a brilliant replacement for Mini! I really rate Drew Mitchell, although he would command plenty and i don't think it is a good idea to spend big on a winger.

That's part of my reason for not wanting him. The positions I think you spend big on are 1,6,7 and to a certain extent 9, and your two big boppers up front. They are all key to a winning side. The rest you fill in with what you can and what you can afford. If we were to go down the Union path and ignore our own code or even our own club, then Beale is the one I'd spend big on. He's what Hayne wants to be.
