Does he have a code name or is that only known by certain people within the organisation? Does he use a mobile phone, or does he have one in his shoe so as not arouse suspicion?

There are two things that perplex me about this whole situation:
1) Why is Todd having a meeting with his financial adviser that requires Todd to be on the road at 7am on a Saturday morning? Surely such a meeting could have been held at a later hour with a good chance that Todd would have eaten something before driving.
2) Why did the copper in question feel the need to go to the trouble of letting Todd pass him on the road, then pull Todd over and breath test him? It seems to me that the copper has deliberately gone out of his way.

On an unrelated note, why is Todd so stupid?

Back on topic, I don't drink so I would never find myself in the same situation. As for the other things that some have compared to a low level BAC, I would add eating in the car as well to the list of things one shouldn't do whilst driving that could be viewed as being just as dangerous.

I find it pis$ weak how organizations harass people like that. Carney needs to be made fully aware that he is being followed so he can give them no ammunition what so ever and arrange it with uncle Nick to look into it as a legal matter to prevent the bastards from doing it anymore!

Mate I agree he is big news but I don't think anyone is sweating everyday on a Carney mistake. However, if he makes one they will jump on it and sensationalize the hell out of it. I may also be naive because I honestly believe Todd Carney to be a solid young man. I can tell you one thing there is someone following him since this incident blew up.
