Anyway, a judge can't just say that if anyone has another traffic infringement they'll be going to jail...."would".

He should've said "could"...."could" go to jail..."might" go to jail.

Apart from AVO's from 2 ex girlfriends, an assault charge and sexual harassment charge against a club sponsor and his daughter handled "internally", a punch up with a team mate when he knocked the bloke out at training, pissing in public.
