      This is petty but I'm really annoyed they were stuck so tightly to the paper...I can't get the glue off my cards!

            It's a shame about the late delivery because the content of the memberships is awesome.

            The hat was the best we've had in years, the scarf is brilliant, and then the cards look great and the sticker and fixture card look good too.

            Besides the lateness, well done marketing/memberships! Credit where credit's due.
