Thank you Captain obvious. The boy needs to learn when to pull his head in, and if Braith needs to grab him by the ear during the game to stop him being such a boofhead, so be it!

No premiership awaits a team that can't ****ing settle down and discipline themselves. In the position we were in there was absolutely no need to carry on.

Yes they were stupid penalties, but souffs got away doing the same shit. It's not so much the penalties you give away, it's the ones you don't get. That's what frustrates the players into doing silly things.

JWH is seriously becoming like Ryles when he played for the Dragons.

He gives away the dumbest penalties.

I thought we were much worse than Souths. Most of the penalties were justified in my opinion. When you've busted your backside defending your line and its the last tackle, sometimes you just have to take the crap in the tackle and wait for your turn with the ball. Too often we weren't prepared to do that and wanted to go on with things, and we nearly paid the ultimate penalty.

You can see it in him - Heargraves wants to hurt people.

If he learns to do it legally he'll be one of the best in the game this year. If he continues pushing the envelope Newtown will appreciate his efforts.

In the second half they had more possession than Pablo Escobar.

It was always going to be tough to hold them out.

I love Jared's attitude and wouldn't change it one bit. Archer kept Souffs in the game, even Gould said Anasta was right to state that Souffs were doing the same shit we were only they weren't getting penalised for it.

We've got a tough nut forward who doesn't take a backwards step and you guys want him to reign him in? Fark that, unlesh the beast.

                  Chook.

If both sides had been refereed evenly final score roosters 50-6.

Very noble and generous of some of you to suggest souffs discipline was so good in 2nd half not to concede a single penalty, but archer and his mate kept them in the game. I was there and saw it all. Plenty of 5th tackle creative penalties. The best one was where JWH got elbowed in the head, didn't retaliate and souffs got the penalty and scored from it.

Here we go again. Plenty of teams we'll have to play whose discipline becomes so good when they play us that we get not a single penalty in the 2nd half.

                      Great, gutsy win.
