Anyone who saw him debut last season knows that.
Just needs some games under his belt.
Shame one of them was a Grand Final. His reads in that game were frankly terrible.
I'm into Linnet as well. He's fast as balls. A touch of the Skinny Byrne's about him though. And we all know how 'that' nightmare unfolded.

Perret wouldn't be on anywhere near as much as Morris. And you can't have top shelf players across the field, and I certainly wouldn't want to spend up big on a winger.
Perret is great value to the team and both his team mates and coach know it. He is the best winger at the club atm. Carney still has prove both his fitness and his quality in first grade. Too many people on this forum have seen little more than his YouTube highlights package. He may be a top winger one day, but at the moment, give me Sammy any day. If only some of the forwards showed as much heart and commitment.

get rid of perrett.... how quickly you forget. sure he had a few handling errors and wrong decisions back when he was wearing 1 but he by far has always given 110%! the guy is an international winger and all the mistakes he makes in defense that everyone complains about is probably due to the fact he stands outside one of the dumbest blokes in league. he is 5'10" solid under the high ball both in attack and defense and runs more metres than any back in the game.
as for the linnett graham BJ carney question. well... graham was a speed demon once upon a time but i believe the only thing he offers our team is experience. Linnet is an athlete and a footballer which is what our team needs more of. However i believe he is not completely engaging himself in the game for the full 80mins. he did some good things in both souths and eagles games (defensive reads and diving on loose balls) howeve his attack is still off. Bj is a freak but to be a winger he needs more speed and more video sessions on how to be a winger. Finally carney .... i would like to see him compete before i comment but from what i saw in the dogs trial.... promising!

what the **** does 5 foot ten have to do with anything??
Blake Ferguson is 6 foot 4
I know which wing the raiders will kick to when we face the might of Canberra.
Like I said, Sammy is popular.
He does have mistakes in him.
I also believe that he plays ten times better for NZ, which shits me. The whole Olsen Filipana defence doesnt wash with me.
Sammy for mine is just an OK first grader.barbarian ......arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!!!

Just thinking about that mistake makes me want to borrow Peter Gow's sissors.
Chook.

Finch was signed from 2003-2006.
His first game for easts was ( off the bench ) in the World Club Challenge in feb 2003 against St Helens. Freddy & Wing in the halves.
We won 38-0
Interesting, in that St Helens side was one.......... Mark Edmondson
