  • Myles of poo

Telegraph reporting that Myles held secret poo talks with titans.

I say let him go. I've never liked him, overpaid & overated, whilst he does have a high workrate, he always runs half paced, then take an eternity to play the ball. A penalty specialist. Plays his best footy for qld in origin. He's not worth the money he is on, titans boss thinks he's a marquee player, lol.

That gives impetus to buy Kade Snowden.

God I hope not, we don't have another backrower like him.

Titans allowed to play with a limitless cap till they win a comp or something?

The Titans are supposed to be broke and yet every big name player who comes up as unhappy or out of contract jumps on the next flight up to Coolie to talk to Michael Searle. What is with that? Is he just a sucker for agents or are they really in the hunt for all these guys.

I was telling this exact same thing to a mate the other day,Tits have no cap limit and buy whoever they want.

          Its a disgrace!

As to Myles, the fact that he is with his manager holding a meeting for 2012 with the Titans,i say get rid of him!
          Im sick of these guys!

I'm torn. I love him as a player and, when he is on song, he really adds something to this side. But, he is:

If he isn't fully behind the club and he can get a better deal elsewhere, I'd wish him all the best and then let him go. It will give us a chance to see how some of our young guys go, and give us a bit of leeway to buy a couple of big name players such as Mini's replacement and a workhorse prop/world-class winger or centre/upgrade contracts etc should worst come to worst.

It would free up coin to keep a few of the younger guys eg Tom Symonds ....as well as give them more playing opportunites

If he wants to go, let him go.

When he first signed he was never a player who i though would play out his career with the Roosters.

Allows us to keep players like Symmonds.

Myles isn't off contract till the end of 2012, very strange he would be meeting with the Titans this early.

Myles clearly hasn't been his best this year, perhaps he is unsettled at the Roosters maybe had a falling out with Smith due to poor off season conditioning, he was another one that was speculated to have hit the alcohol fairly hard in the off season.

maybe their might be a bit of a cleanout going on behind the scenes at the club, where is this contract Mini was susposed to have signed already, maybe they are happy to let Myles move on at the end of the season.

If we let him go, we would have to replace him with a player of a similar work rate (hard to find). All our other second rowers are wide runners, ballplayers or explosive players.

Despite his 'slow' start to the season I would hate to lose Myles. At his best he is the type of player that wins GFs. He is also the type of player that allows the luxury of having players like Symonds, Maubs, FPN and Anasta do all of their running wide of the ruck.

I think that they will either let him go or make him captain after Braith goes.

Arona can do his job, has better ball skills too.

If Nate wants to leave let him.

                              3 things:
1 - He was the Roosters' best forward for most of last year but has failed to find that form this year.
2 - If he's talking to the Titans still with 18 months to go on his current contract he obviously interested.
                              3 - There is no "our", you're not a Rooster supporter, you're a troll.

                              Chook.
