A new precedent needs to be set. In this case it should be a non-issue. Those are serious charges. And they don't often give out temporary AVO's. If the allegations are true then there should be no question.

Did Cherrington actually hit his missus, he threatened her then threatened to harm himself, even Sandow got offf scott free for threatening someones life, is it differant because its a woman not a amn he was threatening???
