This says it all for me.
NRL and all sport, is a job like any other. Carney excused himself from travelling to Gosford...said he was going to spend time with his mother...virtually took a sickie and got caught. In any job this could mean the sack, but it would be definite after so many previous chances.
"His life is in crisis" they say! He does not know what a life crisis is! Some of our fans have enough to bear in their private lives. They don't need to be let down like this.
