Some of you will make excuses for anything

    Wake up

No player is bigger than the club
So your solution is to totally and utterly destroy a kid's life ? Brilliant stuff. This is why you are employed by Murdoch ... you're obviously a sadistic and evil prick.

This seemed to help Jake Friend and Carney in the past.

Unfortunately having your best player in re-hab does nothing for our on-field performance but (1) he is still only young and still very talented and can still contribute to the club in a big way in the future if he sorts his shit out and (2) taking a step to get the right culture in the place is more important for the club than one seasons performance.
So a stint at Jman's shop???? Done wonders with Jake

Destroying his life? Hang on, this is the same club who helped him through rehab in Atherton, offered him a contract back in the NRL, supported him all 2010, assisted him to the best of their ability when he was caught DUI and admitted to an alcohol problem. Mate, there is only so much the club can do. He's an adult, he needs to take responsibility for his life and be accountable for his actions

Nearly 25. 50 years ago most 20 something country bogans were either dead in a trench or making their way in the world. Man up OVP, cut out the old man sentimentality.
Never have liked old men calling 25 year old males "kids". But when in rome

So we can never sack anyone who ****s up time and again, because it'll "destroy their life?"

The guy is completely taking the piss, and making a sham of the club who have supported him and it's sponsors

Lying to the club, lying to his teammates

              wake up you muppet
