Sure makes our Dawn stealing that Nippon flag seem pretty tame.

Indeed, and Carney is only 24.

Was Mini sacked from the club?
      No.

Gasnier played in the Grand Final.
It had nothing to do with the club and he was sacked from the origin team

private ownership makes things just a little different.

regardless, I hear Richo more than I hear Pappas

No reason? - how about 20 years of interference in matters outside his areas of expertise, sacked coaches, poor recruitment, hand picked closed shop boards, etc etc etc

If that isn't enough of a reason for you John, then fair enough

So, the big bad Roosters had a 'drinking culture'?

          http://www.theage.com.au/news/sport/...850912201.html

He said swimmers trained hard and were very disciplined, but when allowed a small opportunity to have a drink had tended to binge-drink.

"Culturally there is the attitude 'let's get hammered'," Perkins said

Well there you go..."let's get hammered".

The Roosters are technically privately owned.

I didn't hear anyone complaining about Nick on GF day last season.

In the press today I did read all the articles to help me with the decision-making process, but...
I can imagine idiots like Rothfield feeling self-worth after that comment not realising Noyce is playing them like the idiots they are.

They just replayed part of Noyce's speech...where he stated that Todd has lost the support of the players...broken "the trust amongst footy players".

                          Oh puhlease!

They'd 'all' likely ditch the team, the club, the fans and their 'trust footy playing mates' if they could get more money somewhere else.

Minichiello...kicked out of the Blues Origin team

                          Myles...talking to the Titans...and a 'sinner'.

                          Who else is complaining?

I'll be disappointed if Braith is attacking Carney, after the fans supported him earlier this year, and now.
He's the captain, he's supposed to be helping the flock, even the 'black sheep'.

Most of the team has only been at the club for 5 minutes anyway...how come they're getting to dictate anything?

Sounds like a copout to me.

Or he's been fooled by them, and conned by the smh.com.au poll 80% for sacking Carney.

If he sacks Carney he should follow him out the door and back to Wests.

Our supporters do NOT want Carney sacked.

                            Be told!

There was an interview with Minicello last night where he actually said the players felt let down. None of us on this forum knows what has been said or promised behind closed doors with the players, so you can't really judge.

From Noyces interview he did indicate that the decision included input from the senior playing group - as it should whichever way it goes.

dumbest post of the week, and amongst a pretty hot field
