Why can't the NRL look after the grass roots of footy and have the Junior clubs look after the grounds and they can provide their BBQs.... Hamburgers, steak and bacon and egg rolls, sausages, drinks etc. Its more healthy / fresh and the money made goes back to help the juniors and it would be cheaper ?
