Absolutely atrocious play.
What's going on?
Any one pulled up could well have cost us momentum and the match.

Atrocious, lazy, slack...I should including incompetent...but maybe it was the big stage today.
The refs will be watching for any repeat next week...gold plated guarantee.

SKD's killer move plus I think it was Cordner who missed a tackle on Reynolds made 2 fcuk-ups that were unfortunate.

I was happy with aspects of that performance.

Great game by the boys today, we got run down at the end, but overall we are building nicely. There was a lot to take out of the game today, its certainly not time to start panicking, not by a long stretch

Come on! Most if not all including on nine backed the Roosters. Winners get the accolades not the losers. Had we won we'd be getting it.

SKD's drop ball killed a bit of momentum when were up 16-12 getting close to half time, had he scored I reckon with the roll we were on we may have scored again, not blaming him for the loss though.
There were lots of twists and turns in the 2nd half to both teams, our forwards were excellent today[apart from JWH], George Burgess was mostly the difference in the 2nd half. Thought Pearce was below par today but Maloney had a great game.

On the plus side our bench was awesome... And Jwh was great too. Despite trim down he still has the power and motor. He tried his guts out to bring that one home.

That was an exciting game. Glad to see the refs keep the penalties fair and low too. How was all the forward passes tho lol. Early days good signs there but I think our bench defense let us down but then there were some missed one on one's.

Will be good to see how we go over the next few rounds, especially fergo and SKD.

We can get them, just not up to our usual defensive best today.

Robinson should make it very clear, No more chargedowns. They are a pathetic practice that almost never works, we lost the game with that.

Good call Raymond, that chargedown was the turning point.

And farkin knob boy Gerogie Burgess, he dominated us at times. The carnt is like one of those massive kids who gets the ball near the line and just is unstoppable lol.

Disappointed but no complaints. The boys worked their arses off today but were beaten by a very cocky team who at the moment don't know how to lose. Their time is coming but before then, we need to move away from the hitup and bomb gameplan. Souths showed us today that when you throw the ball around and take risks it pays off big time.

our defence in the middle was under 5s at best they scored 3 or 4 tries from our Crap d up the middle unacceptable

Geez our defence was awful.

The charge down was senseless and cost us the game. As of course did SKDs pathetic bombed try.

Overall a very disappointing defeat purely because of rhe soft D. I thought we were going to rebuild the Great Wall of Bondi after rnd 1.

Credit to Souffs though. They're a class above us atm. So slick in attack. Keary is world class.
