Maybe he was out so late because he didn't know what time it was?

Apparently he's got a watch now, so you'd have to hope he'll be home a bit earlier in future........

I can't understand how he played on the weekend after being arrested. Surely the club would have known.

Unprovoked thuggery like that from a guy that big, he should get 2 years out of the game if he is not jailed.
How do you face your team mates after something like this?
His old man will be shattered.

if he is found guilty he can kiss goodbye to the commonwealth games, Olympics, and any other overseas adventures.

why has martin kennedy been mentioned in the thread. totally unrelated.

why would a professional boxer head but when he can throw something more impacting. who was the 26y/o......

Totally related actually. It has to do with our lack of depth in that position - made worse by having the two idiots on our cap whilst stood down.

Im cool with Meehan incident...reason he is not in the first grade or at least on the bench is because he is not hard enough....a bit of ass pumping time in the clink will harden him up

Protecting his fists from damage, now that boxing should be his main option, but hey, since the likes of bird, inglis, lui, barba and friends can all come back and be faces of the league, not sure why willie can't.

Looks like the NRL are more hellbent in giving players who accidently take out a kickers legs or a high shot more weeks off the field than the 3 weeks handed out to drug cheats and wife beaters.

Why is this story in the Telegraph but doesn't appear on Fox, Roosters or NRL websites ?

Probably the others were double checking their sources, while the Telecrap thought 'it's about the Roosters, so we'll run with it - who gives a shit if it's true or not?'

First time they've been right for yonks.

Sad to learn that such an immensely talented young guy appears to be a scumbag. Lets wait and see but this is very serious if true.
