Do not forget the Round 13 clause, Papalii and Tedesco are fine examples of those that have reneged on massive paydays to stay where they are, Uncle Nick will fight until the last day possible.

Mcdonald should be groomed, Mitchell is 2 seasons away.
Macca is a fullbacks asshole no way

don't think there is any point in this case, its time to move on RTS has made his decision.

In a world cup year, there are arrangements in place from the NZ and South African teams to rest as many players as possible during the super 15 to keep them fresher for the world cup.(not sure if this is the case with SBW though)

Sonny is still better than any of our current backrowers, and by having him on the field, it takes the spotlight off the other guys.

You may be right Fletch. In any case 2017 is still a way off. Sonny 2014 was a long way from Sonny 2013 though.

That's what I was going to say.

Sonny last season was the most disappointed I have ever been in a player. I thought he was primed to become the best in the game. Taking 2014 in isolation he wasn't top 50. And I think a returned Sonny is more likely to be 2014 than 2013.

Sonny was the games best second rower last year, he was not 2013 standard but he was still great.

we groomed qld players and they all left us yet kennedy the only one to return and he can't play - so weird and weirder still rts leaving. it may start a trend with all our islanders in our squad
