are we a chance of keeping rts?

Are we a chance of changing rts's mind? If uncle nick throws out the cash? His family live in Aus but I understand the whole aspect of him going back home. Can we keep him or have we entirely lost him to the Warriors?

The biggest problem apart from convincing him would be that we would need to put the money a side instead of using it for others. In that time these other players may leave and if RTS didn't stay we'd have major problems.

We were always going to lose someone who we wanted to keep. It is the price of the recent success of our club. Had we re-signed roger for 600-700k it would have meant that we would have to shed a lot more players.

And then if RTS got injured and got an ACL tear for example next year you can imagine the problem at hand with an extreme lack of depth. We had a similar problem with Mini a few years back.He was out for a few seasons with injury and soaked up around 400-500k which back then was around 800k in today's wage for a player of his capability.
