Goes to show how much of the NRL is a mess... There should be a transfer window which allows clubs to sign players from other NRL clubs and when the window shuts, no NRL player movement should be allowed. Not only the situation being that roger has agreed a contract with a different NRL club only after 5 rounds into a season but it has happened quite a lot recently. And Despite the player saying they will put 100% in for the rest of the season, they would be lying if they told you the move never comes across their mind and could potentially become a distraction and if they never have club communication or if they start contacting their future team mates. It also has an effect on fans - as it changes views on players and can sometimes become to the ugly extent where they start booing and trash talking them. The situation with manly is another ugly mess which is clearly evidence to how the nrl's system regarding player movements is messy imo
