Mate we are no better than any other forum, all of the bag there players when out of form, the coach, the media and everyone of them thinks they are hard done by the refs.

It is the same as supporter bases at games, there are mongrels in all of them, just that the dogs are the worst of them.

Is RTS even a Hillsong dude? HAYNE is the Hillsong dude isn't he? And Perrett (the FB who walked out on us mid-season with absolutely no notice, taking Mitchell with him) is a Mormon.

IMO respect where due for RTS. It s*x he's leaving us but we've got him for pretty well 1 full season and COULD win a premiership with him. He's not a religious nut and he hasn't walked out on us mid-season with no notice because we refused to sign his fat brother.

In fact, his brother's still signed with us!!

Sam & his (highly regarded at the time) brother Lloyd were granted a release in 2012 to join the Mutts. Smith was our coach and Sam was just over him. The irony was he played in a losing GF that year but had he stayed he may have played in a winning GF the following year.

I remember Sam having an unusual blinder for us against the Tigers @ Leichhardt Oval the Sunday before he was granted a release. In that same game Mini pulled off a miraculous try saver by snatching the footy out of the grasp of a flying Ben Murdoch-Masila.

I was under the impression that Sam was on 350k and we needed to off-load him(salary cap) as we had Jimmy, Jenko and SBW on the way.

This is also why we released Symonds at the 11th hour.

Jenko was signed at the last minute in January 2013 after we lost BJ, Mose and a whole host of fringe players.

We must've released 10 players during 2012 and 2013, I doubt the club regrets any of it either.
